Details

Collect money from race day registrants, make change if needed. Make sure that registration form is filled out completely and correctly. Pass out event bags, bibs, and shirts. Assist event timer as needed. When race begins simply clean up the registration area. Volunteers can assist in food or medal distribution.

Details

Job Duties: Set up and restock refreshments before event begins. Cut up fruit, mix drink powder, distribute donuts and clif bars. Clean up area after race. Once event begins, two volunteers from registration will assist in distribution.

Details

Volunteers will setup a water station for roughly 300 runners and then distribute drinks to runners during the event. After the last runner passes the station will be broken down and the volunteers should place all supplies together in a neat pile off the road to be picked up by race personnel.
